The Mill near Perriana was the venue for a weekend yoga retreat and spiritual workshop. We had five days of yoga, yoga nidra and kaya kalpa sidhi yoga,with Maggie; combined with healing meditations with Declan Kerr. The weekend was a great success,and we all enjoyed Birgits delicious cooking,wonderful venue and beautiful suuroundings.
