Yoga in Andalucía
Inland Spain offers a holiday with a difference where you can really experience the Spanish lifestyle, walk in the hills, visit the whitewashed Andalucian mountain villages or explore places of historical interest. Or you can head down to the coast and lie on of the beautiful beaches near Nerja!
A few excursions can be arranged at extra cost, such as to the local Buddhist Stupa, or an evening meditation on the beach followed by dinner in the beachside café!

“BHAKTI KUTIR”
A peaceful “simple lifestyle” yoga experience at “Bhakti Kutir”, a small property in the Andalucian countryside dedicated to the practice of yoga and related subjects.
Holidays/retreats available.
Accomodation is in a comfortable and pleasant caravan. Vegatarian meals are available on request.
Custom made retreats according to your needs/wishes. Yoga classes daily. Also, meditation, pranayama and yoga nidra (yogic relaxation).

“THE MILL”
This venue is deep in the countryside and there are no amenities close by. The attractive mountain village of Periana is at least a half hours walk away. But once there you can find all amenities! If you just want to chill out for a few days and be car free we can pick you up from the airport in Malaga; or you can hire a car from the airport and then do some local exploring in your free time!

YOGA TEACHERS TRAINING COURSES with “Spirit Of Yoga” school of Yoga.
Take your passion for YOGA one step further and train to teach!
Based on traditional Yoga practice and theory,as well as modern knowledge of the body and mind,this is an in-depth program that will maximise your effectiveness as a Yoga teacher. You will find a new depth to your enjoyment and love of Yoga.
“Spirit of Yoga” is affiliated with Tapovan Dham Dhyan Yoga Center in Rishikesh, India, whose founder is Yogi Yogendra Mishra. The school has developed from the combined desires and efforts of Maggie Levien (Manorama Devi Dasi) and Yogendra Yogi, to spread the knowledge of yoga. It is dedicated to helping people realise their potential, and to develop better health and harmony of body and mind, through the practice of yoga and related subjects.
The teachers are Maggie Levien (Manorama) and Yogi Yogendra. Both teachers are fully trained at Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute,Lonavla,India.
Spirit of Yoga is registered with the International Yoga Federation and the European Yoga Alliance.
Certificates will be presented at the end of the course by Yogi Yogendra of Rishikesh.
Courses to be held in UK,Spain and India.
There are three YTTC options to choose from:
1. 200hr one-month intensive in Rishikesh,India.
2. 200hr as three separate intensives in Spain or UK.
3. 300hr spread over six months. Spain.Two hours per week,and one whole day per month. Followed by a 12 day retreat in Rishikesh,India. The 300hr program can also be attended by people living outside of Spain. Please enquire for the details.

DATES:
The next YTTCs start on the 30th September 2010 and 28th December 2010. These will take place in Spain in the province of Malaga. The courses can be taken as a one month intensive or in three nine day modules. The Rishikesh course will take place in February 2011 and will be a one month intensive. However,as the teaching is based on traditional one to one or small groups, the syllabus is arranged so that students can enter the course on optional dates, apart from the course in India.
