ONE WEEK RETREAT it is possible to attend the above YTTC for the first week only, as an introduction to yoga. 

CASA MORISCO is the perfect venue for a RETREAT. Therefore it is possible to attend the above program for the first week as a personal restorative/relaxing Yoga Retreat, if you don’t feel ready to do a Teacher Training course. Please see Yoga Teacher Training Spain page for more info.

FIVE INDIVIDUAL  Bhakti Yoga Retreats at our Spirit of Yoga Ashram. Asana class, tea break with like minded souls, study of the wisdom of Bhagavad-Gita through the ancient art of stortelling. Learn how to chant and memorise various important verses (sutras) from the Gita. Relaxation and Yogic Energy Healing included.

DATES INDIA 2022/2023

RISHIKESH YOGA RETREAT 14th – 24th November 2022

A ten day immersion in yoga asanas, meditation, relaxation, healing mantras, yoga philosophy, visits to places of spiritual interest, and various excursions.

VENUE: We will have seven nights in the MVT Guesthouse located in beautiful lush green gardens, and three nights at Yoga Niketan by Sanskriti located on the banks of the River Ganges. All rooms with garden and River ganges views, private bathroom and balcony. Both veues have super retaurants serving delicious Indian and Western style food.

COSTS: Accommodation 650 euros. Course 850 euros. Includes all classes, excursions, taxes, breakfasts at Sanskriti.
